Please tell me the procedure for transfer of my PF Account from my existing employer to new employer

Just fill form 13 & submit to the PF office (where your new PF account is located). The details in form 13 should tally with the information forwarded by your ex-employer to their PF office.
Also , please attach the latest from 3A from your ex-employer with the form.
