03 October 2014 Sir, I had talked to my principle for Tranfer and he told me because of hactic work tranfer will be given to me on 30/09/2014 . Today I talk to my for transfer, he told me that "mein abhi tumhe transfer nahi dunga". This will be my first transfer in the first year. Please guide what to do.

there is nothing you can do. unless your principal agrees, nothing can be done.

03 October 2014 As suggested by expert you have not much options. However I would suggest you to wait for the right time and approach your principal again and try to convince him.

I am sure he'll agree and allow the transfer. So keep trying.

06 October 2014 yes without his signature on form 109 u cannot take a valid transfer even in 1 st year.
