Transfer of articleship in the first year of articleship

I have been registered for my Articleship Training as on 12.10.2012. Since I have been in my first year of Training I need to get transfer from my present Principal.
But the Principal is not willing to give me transfer.
Can you please advice me any alternative in such situation.
Please reply me soon..

29 July 2013 there is no solution for this except to convince your boss

just think a good reason and convince your boss as employer reason is the only requirement / obstacle for taking transfer in 1st year articleship

Request for transfer not accompanied by consent of Principal shall not be accepted by Institute.

In case of dispute between principal and articled assistant, the matter be settled amicably among the articled assistant and the principal concerned and the Institute shall not interfere in such cases.
