08 September 2009 in the latest news letter institute has said that 'due to the hardship faced by the student institute has introduced amensty scheme & now every student can take onlyone transfer during their articleship period without any reason & all pending application for transfer upto 11th july will be passed'

is this true?

please clear my confusion

now if suppose i apply for transfer of articleship, will i able to get transfer?

* The scheme was applicable for all transfer applications **pending up to a certain date** (you mentioned 11th July).
* ICAI decided to approve all pending applications under this scheme.

**If you apply under this scheme before it expired, yes, you could get a transfer without giving a reason.**
