17 August 2013 sir..
i am looking for transfer of articleship within the same city and the duration of my current articleship is 11 months (19 sept 2012 to 17august 2013)..but my principal is saying ill give you the transfer but you need to work here for whole of the sept due to the audit period as well as the future principal wants me to join before sept..in such a case how would i satisfy my present principal that i cannot work for the whole of sept as i have left only a month to take transfer.
please help

17 August 2013 you only can think well about how to satisfy both

you try to convince old boss saying that you will work till 15 september as if i continue till end of september 1 year articleship completed and i cannot take transfer easily

I will suggest you to accept the terms of first principal, but you place a condition with him that he give you transfer permission and signed Form-109. After signing you submit the same with Institute.

You can accept your principal condition as a good professional ethic.
