21 July 2013 What to do if principle refuse to give transfer in 1st year of articleship.is he can refuse or we can take such action against it?........

21 July 2013 Hi

Request for transfer not accompanied by consent of Principal shall not be accepted.

In case of dispute between principal and articled assistant, the matter be settled amicably among the articled assistant and the principal concerned and the Institute shall not interfere in such cases.

21 July 2013 yes, he can refuse..

please note you promise to work with him for 3 years in form 102

so convince him and take transfer
