Will icai accept my request of transfer on the ground of learning more. In current firm, I am learning nothing abt CA except the basic accountant work of excel and tally. Or it will better to opt for secondment? Kindly provide ur advice.

Transfer after one year of articleship is subject to the conditions set out by ICAI. "Learning More" does not fit into that. So, better go for secondment.
