Transfer articleship in 2nd year

15 April 2014 Hi..!!
can anyone tell me the procedure of taking tranfer in second year of articleship.
I have seen on site of ICAI regarding Medical proof submission and taking transfer beyond the boundary of 50kms from the existing CA.
I just want to confirm if someone has really practiced this...
If there is any major complication in the procedure.. or it is as simple as that...!!

06 May 2014 first u need to send a req to icai seeking permission for transfer and then u when they allow u file form 109 but u need to send all the proof on the basis of which u taking transfer as u in 2 year of articleship.

28 January 2015 Thanks expert.. i have recieved the permission form ICAI. Pls guideme on which date can i get my form 109 signed?
date on which i discontinued my articleship: 04/09/2014
proofs submitted in instt: 01/12/2014
permission recieved : 20/01/2015

28 January 2015 u must sign on date of discontinuance 4/9/2014
