23 September 2013 Dear Sir/Madam,

I am in 2nd year of articleship living in Jaipur with family. However, due to some unavoidable reasons, my family is forced to move out of Jaipur.
Please tell me, for approval of ICAI , rent deed is sufficient or not?

If rent deed is not sufficient then, "what i have to attach in case of family's small business".
Please tell me soon.

23 September 2013 Yes, you can take transfer on such note,
Rent deed or your parents service details may work,

If you've details of ur parents Business details, or anything in the same content ICAI may be convinced..

23 September 2013 It is very much sufficient prof for taking transfer.

You submit it with Institute as soon as possible.

ICAI will not interfere in case of any dispute between employer and the articled assistant...

23 September 2013 I think your principal should not object there on.

You convince your principal for the same otherwise you can not take transfer on this ground.
