Transaction status of form 1a-required resubmission ??

i had applied for the name of approval "INTENSIVE GROWTH PRIVATE LIMITD" SRN-B56512452 on 30/08/2012
when i checked the transaction status today 06/09/2012 it is showing as required resubmission due to the following.
" general name w.r.t. clause no. 9(iv) of the guidlines Form should be resubmitted by 06/10/2012 failing which the eForm shall be treated as invalid and shall not be taken on record. (Please refer Regulation 17 of the Companies Regulation, 1956)"
My question:
1. do i have to upload the same form as it is ?
2. do i have to pay the fees again ?
3. if suppose i want to apply for different name for e.g. EXTENSIVE GROWTH PVT LTD. can i do so by changing the name in the same form ?

Mr. Singh,
It simply means that this name is not available to you since its a very general name and hence you should resubmit with different name.
Now replies to your queries -
1. Make correction in the same form in column for name of company. Apply for some different name. It is advisable that since 6 names can be given in order of preference, so you should apply for more names so that any one out of the applied will be given, if available.
2. No, fees is not to be paid again.
3. Yes, ofcourse.
Revert for any other informations required.
