talk to ICSI for that. as per my experience your amount will get auto credit to your account. file form again but before that confirm from ICSI for future reference.

Since it’s been more than 72 hours and the amount is debited but the transaction still shows as failed on their system, here’s what you can do:
1. **Check your bank statement:** Confirm that the amount was actually debited and not just a pending authorization.
2. **Wait for a refund:** Sometimes, failed transactions get auto-refunded in 5–7 business days if they don't complete properly.
3. **Contact your bank:** Inform them about the failed transaction with amount debited and ask for their assistance or a transaction status report.
4. **Try to contact ICSI again:** Even if their support is slow, keep emailing and calling during their working hours.
5. **Filing form again:**
* Before filling the form again, ensure that the earlier payment is either refunded or confirmed credited by ICSI. * If you don’t get any confirmation, sometimes it’s better to fill the form again **to meet the deadline**, but mention in your application or email that you are facing transaction issues with the first payment.
6. **Save all communications and transaction receipts:** To help you follow up or raise a dispute later if needed.
