07 June 2014 the "transfer pricing" has 2 contexts. One in the subject Costing and another in Income Tax. By and large, after 1992 i.e. after India started opening the doors of its economy for the world at large, this refers to Income Tax.....international transactions, cross border transactions, arms length price, associate enterprises are some of the buzzwords. Pls refer sec 92......
