Tranfer of Material from unit 1 to unit 2

Sir,
We are into manufacturing of Control Panels, we want transfer our stock from unit-1 to unit-2. We are having huge amount of CENVAT Credit in Unit-1 so what is the procedure for the transfer as per the CE Department, if input transfer cleare as such otherwise treat it as semi finished and value it for 110% and take a C.A. Certificate for the same and transfer it. Please help me in this matter.

If you are transferring all inputs from one unit to other then whole credit lying for that unit will also be transferred. Just give an application to your respective excise department and the details of inputs which you wish to transfer. They will check all the details and will allow you to transfer credit.
