15 August 2017 Yes. You can upload GSTR 3B. But, No claims available previous Tax regime's ITC in GSTR 3B.....

15 August 2017 You can file GSTR-3B if you dont want to claim any ITC on stock. Same will be available only after filing TRANS-1 form.

16 August 2017 Sorry to interfere. Madam how to enter purchases from unregistered dealer as the credit ledger shows total amount payable by including normal sale and Rcm too.
Pl also say what is the time limit to pay tax and how the rcm payments be adjusted in future.
