i hav to fill exam form for nov. 2011 with which i am required to send copy of training compleyion certificate. But i hav not rcvd the same and on asking institute i got reply that they had already sent the form and asked me to apply for duplicate copy.
Plz tell me can i send exam form without copy of it and if not plz tell me the way to get duplicate copy.
Plz its urgent.

Mail them that you have not received the same and ask them to send it online.
I did the same thing, got the letter online. Took its print out and attached it with the Exam form.
But also them to send it by post also.
