16 July 2014 even i checked complete day as well as ledger book also but i did'nt foun any mistakes...so can u tell me the any another ways to tally the trail balance

16 July 2014 ENTER THE FIGURES IN EXCEL AND CHECK THE DIFFERENTIAL AMOUNT IT WILL BE EASY TO FIND OUT THE ERROR IN EXCEL.

or there may be double entry, i.e. you have to debit but you credited again. or it can be error in writing the number, or it can be that diff is carried forward from last year.
