If a person trades in shares on intarday basis and also in some cases take delivery of shares.Whether sale of shares will be considered for SEC44AB audit

It is mainly depending on the type of books maintained by the person. Intraday sale will be regarded as Income from speculation. Income from delivery of shares may be regarded as Investment income(STCG/LTCG).
