11 June 2009 I am running trading biz. of clothes. I want to know do I have to register it to get TIN & if so what are the formalities else can I get TIN without registration & How???

12 June 2009 u have not written from which state u r. Any way cloth is exempt from VAT in almost all the states, so u need not to register. TIN is alloted only on registration under VAT,so u cannot get TIN without registration.
