A assessee is a distributor of BSNL. He purchased e-balance i.e. Topup of Rs 1000000/ and distributed Rs 1000000/- to retailers as required.BSNL gave him Rs 200000 as Commission for doing work as agent.
my question is , he want to file return for a.y 2013-14.
Rs 200000/ Should be consider as income for filing return. or
Rs 1000000/- (distributed to retailer) will considere as gross turnover and 8% of turnover i.e. profit declaration is necessary.

u need to check gross income or gross turnover or gross receipts for sec 44AD invoking.
