To reduce Tax Burden

19 June 2017 I have a query Suppose an individual has taken joint loan(in his name and name of spouse) for a joint house (that too is co owned) The deduction of loan will be allowed 50 %- 50% Can anyone out of co owners claim higher amount to reduce tax burden

19 June 2017 Generally in co ownership income is calculated considering a single person & then it is apportioned in ratio of ownership. No one take higher amt to reduce tax burden.

26 June 2017 If a CA who is not registered in GST How he will issue his invoice and what will be the effect on the payment received by him on his bill issued to his client and how Client will record this in his Books..?

18 October 2021 Bill of Supply.
Client will not pay GST over supply unregistered person.
