MY NAME IS AVNEESH SAVITA IN MY ALL DOCUMENTS INCLUDING CA- PCC MARK SHEET.
NOW I WANT TO CHANGE MY NAME "AVNEESH KUMAR".IS IT POSSIBLE,if yes than what is procedure for it

Yes; it is very much possible. You need to give a public notice. After the notice period, apply for the nnew name to be included in Official Gazzette. (Take the help of expert LAWYER.)
