My VAT Registration No. under Gujarat value added tax act no is suspended due to non filing of VAT Return.
so can you please explain me procedure for the same.

Prepare Manual Returns of that periods with Tax & Interest and go to your Ghatak meet the officer and ask him to restore VAT/TIN. After your approach officer may ask for penalty then you have to request him to reduce penalty and take the amount from them of penalty which you have to pay and submit the challan. After all process your VAT/TIN will be restored.
