Time period expired for name approval.

22 May 2017 I have obtained the licence under section 8, but while filling the form INC-7 it gives us the message that please fill valid SRN for INC-1 (as the INC-1 SRN has expired the period of Sixty Days). Now my question is what are the options available to us when the period given after approval of INC-1 i.e. 60 Days has expired or how to proceed further ?

22 May 2017 You re apply Inc -1 attach name approval letter along with Inc -1, you will get Re approval for 60 days , complete incorporation Formalities.

23 May 2017 sir now do i need to re-apply for license in INC-12 under section 8 or old license given by RoC will satisfy the need ?

23 May 2017 i think NO, as license is alloted to the approved NAME, once you approved your name again, complete the filing of incorporation of the company within prescribed time.
