Time period allowed to revised the itr

As on today can I revise the ITR-5 of the Assessment Year 2013-14 ? Someone has told me that March 13 ITR can be revised upto March 15. If we revise the return, the income tax department will select the return for scrutiny ?

For assessment year 2013-14 due dates are already completed. if you filed today then it is belated return and it cannot be revised
