Service tax is to be paid on the amount received and not at the time of raising the bill/invoice.

SERVICE TAX IS CHARGE AT THE TIME OF RAISING THE BILL BUT PAID IN THE GOVT. ACCOUNT ONLY ON RECEIPT OF CONSIDERATION
