10 October 2017 Dear Experts,
In course of purchase invoice date is 28/9/2017 but the goods was delivered on 9/10/2017 pls tell me what will be the time of supply in this case. Whether this invoice will be consider in September return or in October return,

10 October 2017 Invoice in the date of 28/09/2017 the end of suppliers hand....
Also it's treated on Buyers end after the goods received dates...

I couldn't understood your reply the date of invoice is 28/09/2017 and the goods was delivered at our premises as on 9/10/2017 so in this case what will be the time of supply to determine the tax liability
