What is the time limit to avail the Cenvat credit against Input & Cenvat Invoice received from the supplier.

Rule 4(1) of Cenvat Rules states that credit may be taken immidiately on receipt of inputs. The word immidiately has been clearified by the department under Circular No. 345/2/2000-TRU dated 29.8-2000.
