Time limit for filing appeal with DRP

Good Afternoon.

We are in the process of filing an appeal with Dispute Resolution Panel (DRP) and the last day falls on Sunday.

Can we file an appeal with DRP on Monday and still be in compliance with the Act.

While computation of time for filing appeal can i take reliance of general extension ranted by General Clauses Act, 1897?

Please advice...

If you can share any judicial rulings on validiity of filing appeal... it will be grateful..

I am of the view that we can file an appeal on Monday.
