Sir,
My Taxable service for the F.Y 2009-10 is 12.50lakhs. In the f.y. 2010 -11 is 5.50 lakhs. Current year ( F.Y 11 -12) my Taxable service are exceeding 10 lakhs. Can I avail the basic exemption of 10 lakhs ? in the F.Y 2011 -12

1.Yes you are small service provider for FY2011-12.
2. Definately you can avail benefit of exemption of Rs. 10Lac.

FY 2009-10=SSP(Limit available upto 10lac)
FY 2010-11=not SSP(Not get exemption limit)
FY 2011-12-again SSP(Get exemption limit )
