Which is more important concept so that I can give more effort? whether it is theory or practical in accounting paper 1.

For accounting paper 1 I would suggest you to focus on conceptual clarity so that you can solve any kind of practical question. However there is no point ignoring Theory as well. So prepare frequently asked question in accounting paper 1.
Good understanding and knowledge of theory portion will help you to understand concept.
