Dear sir
i want to know that whether company Act 2013 applicable for may 2014 CA final Exam.

It has been clarified by ICAI that the Companies Act, 2013 will NOT be applicable for November 2013 examination.
Applicability for May 2014 eaxms will be announced soon by ICAI. So wait for announcement by ICAI.

Wait for few more days ICAI will come out with new notification in this regard but it is most likely it will be applicable for your exam in jun 2014.

I will suggest you to wait for few moths for this because new study material will be available after incorporating new amendments.
