14 June 2015 i am doing my sixth month of articleship and pursuing third year of bcom...when i started my articleship i dint file form 112 though i had regular college since my college principal denied signing ..hence also in form 103 i ticked as not doing any other courses....now i want to apply for form 112 since i changed my college in third year....icai is asking for condonation letter ......my ca may not sign since he was not aware of my mistake...please suggest me what to do now am blank
i have decided to terminate articleship and continue bcom and then start articlehip afresh from first month.....can i proceed doing this

14 June 2015 I fully agree with your views.

A small query.....if you claim that you are in 6th month of articleship.....presumes that your articleship atarted in the month of Jan 2015. The then college (academic year 2014-15)....????? So till Jan 2015, there was no default on your part.... now my query is how did you manage to change the college between jan 2015 to june 2015......all in third year b com?????????
