please advice me regarding my issue:

i m doing articleship outside Indai. the firm in which i m registered has partnership firm in Delhi laxminagar. Now i am in second year of articleship period. My question is can i gaet international transfer in second year. I want to do remaining articleship Inside Delhi . please sir clarify me reagarding this

22 December 2013 then u need to first on plain paper write an application for termination of articleship with the above stated facts.

if icai approves it onb paper then file form 109 signed by ur current ca and join new firm.

22 December 2013 thanks sir for the answer. but the problem is i m outside the India so is there any other way to submit application to the ICAI ?

22 December 2013 where u submitted form 103 there only u need to file.

22 December 2013 form 103 is for new articleship registration is not it ?
