Termination of articles for 2nd time

10 April 2015 my articleship started on 26/09/2012,I took my 1st terminaton on 12/09/2013,and now I again want to terminate immediately,because I got married recently on 24/01/2015.I took leave for 3months.Now I am thinking to take termination as my husband's native place is 180kms away from my office,and my leave days are extending.
I heard that termination after 1 year invovles lot of procedure,time and prior permission has to be taken from board.Is that true?Iff so,can any one tell me the procedure,how to take prior permission?

prior permission is just a formal application written to icai by you

10 April 2015 how much time does it take? my leaves are longing.my auditor sir suggested me to take termination as early as possible as there were many leaves.

10 April 2015 it can take time but in mean time i had suggested to join u new firm, and registration can b done later within 30 days

10 April 2015 sorry if irritating u,i have no problem to join another firm,but until i take termination,my leaves will be extended,I have no sufficient leaves to be taken,already crossed 150days i think.

10 April 2015 u must have taken transfer before na... now nothing is in our hand dear... just do it as soon as as u can do
