01 September 2013 Hai Friends, Please Suggest me how to Know the status of Article termination. I was applied for termination on 01-08-2013. Till now i haven't received any intimation from the institute. Can i join Articles in other firm before Receiving the intimation from the Institute.

If you are taking trnasfer during first year of article ship, then no need to wait for Institute approval for re registration with other principal.

In case of transfer after one year, you can not take transfer without prior approval from Institute. Without approval you can nor re register himself.

So I will suggest you to contact Institute and check your status. You can also send the mail on below link:
