03 July 2015 My Articleship is completed on 24-05-2015 and i have also filed form 108 for completion of articleship. But i have received Termination letter dated 12-06-2015 from Institute for Extension of Articleship by 16 days. Now my question is whether franking is to be done in form 107 or bachdated (25-05-2015) Stamp Paper can be used ??

If Franking in Form 107 is to be done my articleship starts from franking date.. and if i have taken Stamp Paper then in Stamp Paper what is to be written and what procedure is to be followed in case of Stamp Paper ??

Please Reply within reasonable time.. I am very confused about it..

Please help me about the same..
