A article clerk is not attending office for last three months & now also he needs leave upto nov 10. We want to terminate the articlesship with immediate effect.
what are the formalities & form to be submitted to the institute for termination of articleship.

Please fill Form No.108. You have to submit one copy to ICAI, one with yourself and one with articles assistant.
