28 September 2013 Sir,in taking transfer in 2nd year, i had sent a request letter but didnt get reply from icai, now i am in thought of sending of form 109 with again request with my principal? please suggest me?

01 October 2013 e sahayata said that send form 109 and request on plain paper and proof regarding transfer,if i send above documents,when i have to rejoin at my new principal whether after icai respond or before?
