Can anybody tell me the tenure of appointment of relative of director u/s 314(1B) and also tell me whether remuneration of relative of director will be fixed or it may be in grading.

As per resulution. Otherwise there is no time limit, if not mentioned in the resolution.
It is fixed and in case of any change in salary to the relative of director the approval is required to be taken.

Thank you sir, One more question when will be e-form 23 shall be file whether from passing Board resolution in Board meeting or from passing special resolution by shareholders in general meeting.
