13 February 2014 Can anybody tell me the tenure of appointment of relative of director u/s 314(1B) and also tell me whether remuneration of relative of director will be fixed or it may be in grading.

13 February 2014 As per resulution. Otherwise there is no time limit, if not mentioned in the resolution.

It is fixed and in case of any change in salary to the relative of director the approval is required to be taken.
