25 November 2012 whether service tax is liable on commission agent of telephone service. i.e. one person sale coupon as well as sim card of airtel. he received invoice from airtel for coupon including service tax. whether he also liable service tax on sale price of that coupon.

26 November 2012 Selling of coupon is not SERVICE. The commission, if any, which he/she gets on such sale is liable for service tax if it exceeds 10 lakh in any financial year
