Plz tel me wat can i do in the following case:
I hav deducted by mistake tds u/s 194C of Mr. X on payment of Rs. 10000/- itself.
Nw is there a liability to deduct tds forever
i mean to say whether a person is required to deduct tds 1nce deducted of a person
