We are registered company in india. We have paid Participation fees to HDFC Bank UK Branch in Pound for India Homes fair held at UK.This HDFC Bank is registered company in India. Head office in Mumbai. My doubt is we are Liable to deducted TDS in this payment or not. If TDS Applicable What section & Rate ?

Here you should deduct TDS u/s 194 C or maximum 194I
