What is the due date TDS remittances to govt on tds deductions from salaries for the month of march 2009. What is the due date under which section/rule as per income tax act

April 7th is the due date if you are making payment on 31st March.
If you make the salary provision on 31st and make payment in the month of april then the due date of tds will be May 7th.
If you make the salary provision on 31st and make payment in the month of april then the due date of tds will be May 7th.
