U/s. 194C, First Transaction of Rs. 45000, TDS Deducted @ 1% Rs. 450, Next Transaction of Rs. 18000, Rs.18000 is liable to deduct TDS or Not

yes you have to deduct to tds.

if it is two transaction of rs. 18000/- then tds will applicable other wise not applicable.
