Considering the CBDT circular no. 05/2016 dated 29/02/2016 , If Network marketing companies (MLM) are required to deduct TDS u/s 194 H on sales turnover bonus or not ?

Yes, for MLM companies, the TDS u/s. 194H is deductible..
