please tell me is tds applicable on interest paid to private finance company such as cholamandalam investment & fin lts,tata fin,tata capital,gecapital,ge finance if applicable which rate?

Yes , TDS is applicable on the amount of interest payable to such companies. The rate is 10% of the amount of interest paid or credited.
