Tds to be deducted on bus hire

21 April 2014 Hi,
A pvt ltd company is taking its employees on tour for 5 days, for which they have hired a bus costing them arround 1 lac. My query is, whether TDS need to deduct under 194C or shall I take it as 194I. He has given PAN details.
