10 May 2010 if a partner ship firm is incorporate and in 1st year he pays contract charges to one party more than 100000/- and the firm is not in audit as it is 1st year


as the firm is liable to deduct TDS on contrect

10 May 2010 Partnership Firms liable for TDS deduction from day one. So TDS deductible.

Exemption only to proprietorship firms if not liable for audit u/s 44AB in the previous year
