Tds revised return

There is one month salary deletion in Q3 of an employee, i've prepared correction return for the same, my doubt is do i have to file Q4 correction return as well because whole year salary details will be included in Q4. Please advise.

If the Salary details mentioned in Q4 also has the same error then need to file the correction return for Q4,otherwise, No
