Dear Sir,
I have downloaded the RPU 3.0 and extracted it. But when I tried to run program, an error message come - "component spr32x30.ocx or one of its dependies not correctly registered"
I contected on tin helpline, they told me to install java. Then I installed jre 6 on my laptop.
but result still is same.
Please advise me.

This is the NORMAL error we get. I tried doing it on google chrome, then it worked. I think you need to keep trying. This free download of JRE 6 docs is also not working in many cases.
